Dog Wash Rules

To help keep our facilities safe and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following rules before using the dog wash:
1. All pets entering our facilities must be up to date on vaccinations.
2. Pets with fleas should be treated prior to entering the facility.
-If fleas are discovered while using the dog wash, please notify an employee immediately so the condition can be properly addressed.
3. All dogs must remain on a leash and under the control of an adult at all times.
4. Dogs may never be left unattended in the facility.
5. Grooming services such as cutting or clipping hair are not allowed.
6. For the safety of all guests, disruptive or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave at management’s discretion.
-If your dog is reactive and you would like more privacy, early morning appointments may be arranged.
7. Children ages 16 and younger must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
8. Please be mindful of time when others are waiting for a tub.
-However, if no one is waiting, wash time may be extended.
9. Limit 2 guests per dog wash bay.
